Due to changes in legislation since January 2023, we ask you to bring a referral from your GP marked “Hausarztvermittlungsfall” or bearing an urgency code for prompt and urgent appointments (BSNR: 723837600).

If you need an initial neurological appointment and have no preference for a particular practice, contact the appointment service of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Berlin on 116117.

Patients with private insurance and self-paying patients do not need a referral. Prior registration by telephone is not mandatory.

At your first appointment, we would like to record important information about your medical history and current symptoms. Please bring the following documents:

• Medical records, such as doctors’ letters, CT/MRI reports and the associated CDs, and laboratory results, if available.

• An up-to-date medication list.

• A referral form, if you have been referred by a doctor.
